Valentin Freiermuth is an associate in the Banking & Finance Team at Walder Wyss. His preferred areas of practice include financing and capital markets transactions as well as general regulatory and corporate matters.
Valentin Freiermuth studied at the University of Berne (BLaw 2018), University of Zurich (MLaw 2021) and King's College London (LL.M. 2020). He was admitted to the bar in 2023.

Before taking up his work as an attorney, he worked as a trainee lawyer at Walder Wyss and as a law clerk at the District Court of Rheinfelden (AG). He gained further professional experience as an academic associate at the Embassy of Switzerland in the United States of America and as advisor at the Mission of Switzerland to the United Nations in New York.
