Tshepo Mofokeng is an Associate at ENS in the Employment practice.  

Tshepo specialises in employment litigation and litigation proceedings in the CCMA, Bargaining Council and the Labour Court.

His experience involves various aspects of employment law such as drafting CCMA and Labour Court pleadings for referrals, applications and trials, participating in and preparing plans of action for disciplinary proceedings, reviewing employment contracts, conducting thorough and extensive research in employment related issues and advising clients on various employment related issues.

In addition, Tshepo has advised clients in the public sector as well as clients operating in the  financial services, mining, motor, auto, engineering, and consumer goods industries.

Tshepo is a member of the South African Society for Labour Law (SASLAW).
