Mr. Negbi is a partner in FBC's Litigation Department. His practice concentrates on complex disputes relating to issues of contract law, corporate and commercial law, real estate, bankruptcies and liquidations. He has developed a particular expertise in IP-related matters and in libel and privacy protection claims.



Mr. Negbi's clients include major defense contractors, leading energy and construction companies, Israel's most significant institutional investors and technology companies, and major players in the fields of telecommunications and media.



In September 2011, Mr. Negbi was selected by the Ma'ariv daily newspaper as one of Israel's most promising attorneys in the field of commercial litigation.



Mr. Negbi serves as the Chairman of the Tenders Committee of the Israel Bar Association and as a judge in the National Disciplinary Court of the Israel Bar Association.
