Torben Beck Johansson specialises in commercial dispute resolution and construction law.
In dispute resolution, he assists clients with dispute prevention, negotiation and represents clients before courts and arbitration tribunals. He has experience of dispute matters in many sectors, primarily real property, construction, machinery sales and industrial equipment supply.
In construction, Torben assists purchasers, contractors, consultants and suppliers throughout the entire project procedure, from procurement and contract negotiation to dispute resolution.
