Profile

Tom Gassmann is an associate in the Litigation and Arbitration Team. He advises on commercial disputes and represents parties in domestic and international arbitrations, before state courts as well as in enforcement proceedings and legal assistance matters.

Tom Gassmann studied Law at the University of Constance (First State Examination 2020) and held his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Stuttgart (Second State Examination 2022). As a legal trainee, he worked for leading German law firms in Stuttgart and Singapore, working in the areas of Litigation and Arbitration, as well as Corporate. He also worked as a research assistant at a boutique law firm with a focus on Dispute Resolution. Before joining Walder Wyss, Tom Gassmann worked as an associate at an international law firm in Frankfurt am Main, focusing on International Dispute Resolution.

Tom Gassmann practices in German and English. He has been admitted to the bar in 2023 and is a member of the Bar Association Frankfurt am Main.
