Titus Willis’ practice touches all facets and all stages of real estate transactions. He regularly represents developers, investors, government entities, lenders, buyers, borrowers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in connection with the acquisition, disposition, leasing, development, and management of real property. In particular, Titus has experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and land use instruments; analyzing property conditions, survey, and title; and leading closings from all sides for all kinds of clients, from small raw land sales to complex retail and healthcare deals valued in the hundreds of millions.

Prior to joining Bradley, Titus worked at an international law firm where he drafted transaction agreements for energy, tech, and banking clients.
