Tom Stewart has more than 30 years of experience representing a diverse range of clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions and asset purchases, including contracts, leases (retail, office, industrial, medical, ground and build-to-suit), loan documentation, title and survey review, easements, covenants, restrictions and related documents, construction contract negotiation and mechanic’s liens.

Tom started his practice at Strasburger & Price, LLP in Dallas in 1991. Prior to joining Bradley, Tom was a founding partner at a boutique law firm in Dallas where he advised on commercial real estate, finance and corporate law matters.
