He completed his law studies at the University of Ottawa in 2024.
While studying law, Thomas was involved with his student community, serving on the board of the Law Games and representing his peers in the University of Ottawa's civil law students' association (AED). He was also involved in the mentoring program offered to first-year law students, as well as volunteering with Pro Bono Students Canada.
