Dang Thi Thai Buu is a Senior Associate based in YKVN's Ho Chi Minh City office. Her practice focuses on advising both domestic and international clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate restructurings, and foreign direct investments. Buu has been involved in transactions across a range of sectors, including real estate, education, F&B, and renewable energy. Before joining YKVN in 2021, she worked at the legal arm of a Big Four accounting firm.
