Thandokuhle Ngwenya is an Associate at ENS in the Dispute Resolution practice.

Thandokuhle specialises in commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution. She has acted for and advised various public entities as well as various clients from the mining, petroleum, engineering, banking and insurance industries.

Her experience includes advising various categories of multinational clients, both private and public, on all aspects of dispute resolution including alternative dispute resolutions mechanisms such as arbitrations and mediations, as well as on a wide range of administrative law litigation.

In addition, Thandokuhle is also experienced in termination of banking relationship matters as well as family law matters including, but not limited to, divorce and the various agreements which arise therefrom.
