Teresa Moreira dos Santos is a senior associate in the department of Direito Public, Energy and Environmental Law.

She has mainly carried out work in the areas of Administrative and Commercial Law, providing regular advice in matters involving litigation and administrative offenses, contracts and negotiations.

She has experience in the areas of energy and the environment, in particular in the oil and mining industries. She also has experience in legislation and legislative definitions.

Before joining Garrigues, from 2008 to 2017 Teresa Moreira dos Santos first worked as an intern and them as an associate at FDR - Pinto Duarte, Côrte-Real, Casado Neves & Associados, in the areas of Administrative, Commercial and Tax Law.

She was a cabinet advisor to the Vice-Secretary of State and Trade of the 21st Constitutional Government, from 2017 to 2018.

She commenced her professional activity in 2005 at EY as a consultant, in the Transfer Pricing department (2005-2008).

She has been a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since July 2010.

Law Degree from the Law Faculty of the Universidade de Lisboa. Attended postgraduate in Contentious-Administrative and Tax Theory and Practice at the Law Faculty of the Universidade de Lisboa.
