Tebogo Thobela is a Trainee Associate at ENS in the Banking Finance practice.  

Tebogo specialises in general banking and finance with expertise in leveraged finance, corporate finance, trade finance and debt restructuring.

Tebogo routinely advises financial institutions and borrowers in connection with a range of debt and equity transactions, including cross border bilateral and syndicated facilities and the associated security arrangements spanning across diverse industries such as mining, renewable energy and real estate.

Before joining the Banking and Finance department, Tebogo gained experience in regulatory compliance in the financial services industry.
