Taylor Calvert is an associate in Dykema's San Antonio office. Ms. Calvert focuses her practice on corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, and bankruptcy and restructuring matters. She has experience in drafting asset and stock purchase agreements, management agreements, company agreements, bylaws, and employment agreements. Ms. Calvert also has experience drafting motions and negotiating claim settlements in bankruptcy-related matters.

While in law school, Ms. Calvert served as Editor-in-Chief of the Estate Planning and Community Property Law Journal and Vice President of the Black Law Student Association. She also graduated summa cum laude, where she placed within the top 15% of her class.
