Taylor Gamboa advises real estate owners and investors on commercial real estate transactions across the United States. She helps them navigate the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate, joint ventures, and financing and development of commercial real estate projects. Her experience also encompasses the leasing of office, retail and industrial properties for corporate clients and energy companies. In addition, she guides solar and renewable energy clients on the acquisition, financing and development of solar and renewable energy projects around the country.
