Tapan R. Oza is an associate in the Litigation practice group at Greenspoon Marder LLP. Tapan focuses his practice on complex commercial and cross-border disputes and government investigations. Substantively, Tapan has handled matters involving RICO and securities laws and involving the Federal Arbitration Act. He represents clients in federal courts, including bankruptcy courts or administrative proceedings, state courts and arbitral proceedings, as well as in responding to government enforcement actions.

Tapan maintains an active pro bono practice. He has represented clients in, among other disputes, habeas corpus proceedings and applications to seal their records. Tapan is a member of the City Bar Justice Center's Pro Bono Leadership Council.

Tapan earned his Juris Doctor degree while attending Columbia Law School and was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. During his third year of law school, Tapan attended Sciences Po in Paris, France, earning a master's degree in Economic Law. Prior to that, Tapan received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from New York University, with a minor in French.
