Tanimola Oyekan is an associate in the firm's Labour & Employment and Dispute Resolution practice groups. He advises and represents multinational corporations and local companies on labour law compliance and application, from employee engagement, workplace policies, disciplinary proceedings, termination, and post-employment disputes, in line with the requirements of international best practices.
As a member of the dispute resolution practice group, he represents foreign and local clients in all courts of record in disputes arising from commercial transactions and employment-related litigations.
