Tammy is a seasoned corporate finance partner, with a depth of experience and strong commitment to clients. She has a wide-ranging practice that includes the representation of financial institutions, institutional investors, and corporate borrowers in a wide array of secured and unsecured financing transactions, such as acquisition financings, asset-based and reserve-based lending, master limited partnership (MLP) financing, multi-currency credit facilities, floor plan financing, first lien/second lien transactions, and complex debt restructuring.

Tammy routinely represents leading commercial banks in structuring and negotiating syndicated credit facilities for both public and private borrowers in a diverse range of industries, such as upstream and midstream energy and oil field services, technology, construction, automotive, death care, financial products and services, and real estate. She also has extensive experience in derivative transactions, regularly advising clients on a broad spectrum of derivative products, including interest rate and commodity swaps, caps, options, and other hedging arrangements.

Tammy regularly partners with business executives and their teams to navigate complex transactions under intense deadlines. She is distinguished by her responsiveness and accessibility to clients. Tammy is adept at maximizing efficiencies and seamlessly leveraging a network of professionals with a goal of delivering optimal results. Clients value her deep understanding of their business objectives, which enables her to provide pragmatic guidance and steer them through legal and commercial challenges, ensuring objectives are met on schedule.

Tammy has served as the firm's Houston office Managing Partner since 2018. She also serves as an ex officio member of the firm's Executive Committee and as a member of the firm's Opinion Committee. She previously served as the firmwide hiring partner and was a member of numerous firm committees, including the Policy Committee, Associates Committee, Business Intake Committee, Diversity Committee, Partners Committee, and Women's Initiative Team.
