Rainsford Reel is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. He represents lenders and developers in a wide range of real estate transactions. His practice is focused on real estate acquisitions, financing and development, as well as projects in the affordable housing industry.

Rainsford received his J.D. (cum laude) from Wake Forest University School of Law, where he served on the Honor Council and as an editor for the Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law. He earned his B.A. in Economics & Business Administration from Washington and Lee University.
