Profile
Suzan's practice focuses exclusively on US immigration and nationality law. Suzan represents businesses and individuals in administrative proceedings before the US Citizenship and Immigration Services, US Customs and Border Protection, US Department of Labor, and US Department of State, in providing timely and current advice on temporary and permanent employment authorization, travel issues, and immigration compliance.
Suzan devotes more than 100 hours annually to immigration pro bono work through direct representation and by mentoring other attorneys. She coordinates one of the firm's signature pro bono projects, at the Montgomery County Family Justice Center in Rockville, Maryland, which helps victims of domestic violence obtain immigration relief.
