Mr. Sunghoon (Sonny) Im is the head of the Corporate Advisory Group, comprising of International Practice and Africa Team.
The Group that Mr. Sunghoon (Sonny) Im is heading up is fluid in terms of the cooperation between both Korean and foreign qualified lawyers to ensure that the nuances and intricacies of all legal and regulatory issues in different jurisdictions are clearly and concisely dealt with and intimated to our clients and interested parties.
The Group also offers unparalleled one-stop legal services through our in-depth understanding of legal services and tailor our comprehensive services to needs of our clients by staffing team members with the best-suited technical expertise and experience.
Mr. Sunghoon (Sonny) Im has been commissioned by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Korea to serve as Counselor on international investment disputes since 2014. Additionally, he is one of the founding directors of Singapore Chamber of Commerce of Korea (SingCham Korea), a non-profit organization established and founded for the purposes of fostering prosperous bilateral business relationships between Korea and Singapore through the creation of valuable business opportunities and membership representation.
