Steve Richman is a retired partner with Quarles & Brady LLP. He joined the firm in 1972 and practiced in the areas of industrial revenue bonds, bond financings for 501(c)(3) organizations and general corporate. He appeared before a wide variety of municipal boards and other governmental bodies and assisted both for-profit businesses and not-for-profit enterprises in structuring tax-exempt financings. Mr. Richman drew on a broad background as an attorney and community leader. His experience included:

• Service as bond counsel on tax-exempt industrial revenue bond issues benefiting businesses of various sizes.
