Stephan Minne is a Consultant at ENS in the Tax practice. He specialises in financial services, M&A and corporate tax.
Stephan advises a variety of local and international corporate clients on tax management matters, acquisitions, funding and product structuring transactions.
He has acted for corporate clients in a variety of industries including financial institutions such as life and non-life insurers, banks, asset management companies and private equity funds.
