Spencer Hafen is an Attorney in the Firm's Salt Lake City office. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Spencer previously worked in Beijing, China on international business transactions for China's largest domestic law firm. Later, Spencer served as an extern for Magistrate Judge Paul Warner of the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah. An expert in contract negotiation and drafting, Spencer has helped facilitate several hundred transactions totaling over $3 billion in value, including real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, sponsorship agreements, intellectual property ownership and licensing, and corporate entity formation and governance.
