Sophie joined Shoosmiths in November 2022 and is an Associate in our Dispute Resolution and Litigation Team based in the Glasgow office. 

Sophie acts for a range of clients, advising on a variety of commercial litigation matters, including contractual disputes, property litigation, and financial services disputes. Sophie has particular expertise and experience in acting for motor finance clients in respect of actions raised against them under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Sophie regularly appears in Sheriff Courts across Scotland and has experience in other forms of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation.
