Sinan Pismisoglu is a strategic technology and national security attorney with more than 15 years of experience at the intersection of AI governance, data privacy, cybersecurity, and complex commercial transactions. His practice is focused on structuring and negotiating AI, SaaS, and technology agreements under rapidly evolving regulatory regimes, including the EU AI Act, U.S. federal procurement requirements, GDPR, and sector-specific cybersecurity frameworks.
