Mr. Sin Woo KIM is a foreign attorney at D&A LLC. His practice is primarily focused on nuclear power, renewable energy, resources, the defense industry, U.S. patents, technology transactions, and corporate/investment immigration.

Based on his extensive experience and unparalleled expertise, Mr. Kim heads the Nuclear Power, Renewable Energy, and Resources Team at D&A. He provides legal representation and advisory services to a number of domestic and foreign companies in cases involving nuclear power, renewable energy, resources, the defense industry, U.S. patents, technology transactions, and corporate/investment immigration.
