Sierra Messenger is a Patent Engineer in the Intellectual Property Practice Group where she assists IP clients in the preparation and prosecution of domestic and foreign patent applications and patent searches.

Sierra worked as a Product Engineer for a large kitchen and bath manufacturer where she supported engineering and industrial design teams in new product development. While completing her Mechanical Engineering degree at the University of Wisconsin, she gained experience in the Simulation Based Engineering Lab. Additionally, she conducted research for autonomous vehicle technologies while working in the Intelligent Vehicles and Systems Group at Pennsylvania State University for a summer.
