He also provides counsel on issues emanating from general corporate aspects as part of his broader forte on commercial law advisory.

Shiv has extensively devoted himself to various vistas such as arbitration, insolvency and bankruptcy, commercial and contractual disputes. His skill set includes advising a broad spectrum of clients and handling litigations and arbitrations for various multinational firms and companies pertaining to hospitality, commercial negotiations, engineering contracts, SARFAESI, Mercantile Law, Criminal Law and Writ Jurisdiction, amongst others. His proficiency further extends to advising various multinational banks and financial institutes on commercial issues as well as litigation and insolvency aspects.

In his previous role, Shiv spent a notable 16 years as a Partner specializing in Arbitration, Disputes, and Insolvency Practices at a leading full-service law firm.
