Mrs. Or has a diverse corporate practice encompassing a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including private equity and venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and the legal aspects of the operations of high-tech and life sciences companies, including the licensing and sale of technology.



Mrs. Or counsels clients on a broad spectrum of various commercial transactions.



Mrs. Or has represented public and private acquirers, target companies, and private equity firms in a variety of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, and other corporate matters.
