Shelly is a senior associate in Guernsey's property team, advising on a broad range of property transactions, including sales, purchases, agreements, boundary rectifications and lease assignments across Guernsey, Alderney and Sark. 

Her practice includes drafting of development schedules and advising on the subdivision of property. Shelly also has experience in commercial property matters with residential elements, bringing a well-rounded and practical approach to complex transactions.
