Sheila Ann Pacuto is an Executive at ENS in Uganda, with a specific focus in banking and finance law.

Her experience includes routinely advising clients on the terms of financing, and negotiating these, as well as preparing and reviewing finance documents, registration and enforcement of securities under Ugandan law. Sheila has acted for a variety of local and international clients, including those in the finance, leisure and hospitality, education and logistics industries, particularly in transactions involving corporate and project finance elements.

Sheila additionally advises on Ugandan immigration law and the law relating to non-governmental organisations (“NGOs”), including the processing of work and residency permits, dual-citizenship applications and matters relating to the registration and compliance of NGOs.
