Shehnaz
specialises in real estate development acting for a variety clients, including
PLC developers, retirement living developers, and land promoters.
Her expertise
includes acting on both immediate and strategic land transactions, with a
particular focus on residential development.
She also advises on all aspects of
essential infrastructure documentation required for development, including the
grant of easement and leases to utility companies and statutory undertakers,
wayleave agreements, and substation transfers.
Shehnaz qualified as a Solicitor
in March 2019 after completing her training contract with BDB Pitmans LLP now
known as Broadfield UK. She joined Shoosmiths in August 2023.
