Mr. Adulam is a partner in FBC's Real Estate Department, and his practice concentrates on development projects, the purchase, sale and leaseback of income-yielding properties and other real estate assets, real estate taxation, planning & zoning, and combination transactions.



Mr. Adulam represents some of Israel's major real estate companies and entrepreneurs and specializes in complex and large-scale real estate transactions, real estate entrepreneurship, purchase groups, sale and purchase of residential and commercial projects, shopping malls and office buildings.



Mr. Adulam lectures frequently on developments in the real estate market before various business and legal forums.
