Profile

Sergio Santana is a principal associate in the Labor and Employment law practice, where he has pursued his professional career since 2010.
He has extensive experience advising companies from a wide range of sectors in all areas of labor and social security law and, more specifically, in such areas as individual and collective dismissals, material modifications to working conditions, international assignments of workers, senior management, collective bargaining, labor law aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions, business restructurings, occupational risk prevention, social security, human resources policies, etc.; acting as legal counsel in proceedings in the labor and judicial review jurisdictions.
He has also provided ongoing advice to professional entities and clubs on sports labor law matters, as well as to EU institutions on myriad labor law issues.
Sergio is a member of the Alicante Bar Association, as well as the International Bar Association (IBA).
Finalist for the "Young Labor Lawyers" award from FORELAB (Spanish Labor Lawyer Forum).
