Mr. Seong Tae JEONG is a partner at D&A LLC. His practice is primarily focused on Criminal Defense Litigation, General Civil Disputes, General Civil Disputes & Domestic Litigation, Administrative Procedure & Litigation, Tax Litigation, and Corporate Succession.

Mr. Jeong specializes in the criminal litigation sector on the basis of his professional experience in trial. He served as a trial researcher at the Supreme Court of Korea, as presiding judge of the Chuncheon District Court, and as presiding judge of the Anyang Branch of the Suwon District Court and the Seoul Northern District Court since his employment as a judge at the Ulsan Branch of Busan District Court in 1996. He is currently head of the Business Succession Center at D&A.
