Selin specializes in M&A transactions, corporate and commercial law, competition law, and compliance. She takes part in major M&A projects across various sectors including healthcare, food, digital technologies, software and automotive. She is experienced in conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements, share subscription agreements and shareholders agreements and handling closing processes.

Selin advises client in corporate governance matters as company establishments, liquidations, and corporate registration procedures, as well as preparing key corporate documents.

Selin also represents clients on merger control filings to be submitted to the Turkish Competition Board and provides legal consultancy on competition law matters.

On the compliance front, she conducts ethics and corruption related investigations, provides compliance trainings and assists clients with international sanctions compliance.
