Profile

Schyler Burney is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. She has a broad range of experience at both the trial and appellate level. Her practice covers health care litigation, Medicare Advantage regulatory disputes, government investigations, toxic tort litigation, and appeals.

Schyler received her J.D. (summa cum laude) from the University of Mississippi School of Law, where she served as executive notes and comments editor for the Mississippi Law Journal, was a member of the National Moot Court Team, and worked as a student attorney in the Roderick and Solange MacArthur Justice Clinic. She received her B.S. (magna cum laude) in Economics from Auburn University.

Prior to joining Bradley, Schyler clerked for the Hon. Rhesa H. Barksdale of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
