• Litigation across state, federal and bankruptcy courts nationwide, where she has successfully obtained judgments, defended creditor claims and enforced financial agreements. Notably, Sargina has experience in a federal jury trial, demonstrating her capability in high-stakes litigation.
• Commercial litigation, representing businesses in breach of contract disputes, fiduciary duty claims, false advertising matters and other business-related litigation.
