Sargina Desargones is a strategic and results-driven advocate for creditors, including national banks, lending institutions, loan servicing companies and private entities. She provides comprehensive legal counsel at every stage of the creditor lifecycle, from structuring and originating financial transactions to litigating and enforcing creditors' rights through defaults, judgments, garnishments, foreclosure, replevin and receiverships. - Bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights through Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings, including adversary proceedings where she aggressively defends creditor claims and seeks recovery of assets.
- Litigation across state, federal and bankruptcy courts nationwide, where she has successfully obtained judgments, defended creditor claims and enforced financial agreements. Notably, Sargina has experience in a federal jury trial, demonstrating her capability in high-stakes litigation.
- Commercial litigation, representing businesses in breach of contract disputes, fiduciary duty claims, false advertising matters and other business-related litigation.
- Alternative dispute resolution, including negotiations, mediations and arbitrations, ensuring her clients have multiple avenues to resolve disputes efficiently and cost-effectively.
