Sarah Vega is a member of the Health Care and Litigation practice groups in the Firm's Orange County office. Ms. Vega focuses on provider based representation, specializing in complex litigation matters and government investigations. Ms. Vega represents a variety of healthcare clients including hospital systems, physician groups, ambulatory surgery centers, laboratories, residential treatment centers, and med spas.

Ms. Vega consistently represents individuals and healthcare providers in investigations by different federal and state government enforcement agencies related to allegations of fraud and violations of the False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, and the California Insurance Frauds Prevention Act. Similarly, Ms. Vega represents providers in large exposure reimbursement disputes and litigation with managed care companies and health insurers.

Ms. Vega also regularly advises clients on compliance related issues.
