Profile

Sarah Trublard specializes in trademark law. She assists the firm's clients in finalizing their trademark projects, thereby providing adequate protection of their intellectual property in Canada and internationally.

Sarah takes a hands-on approach in managing trademark portfolios. She can provide strategic assistance in adopting new trademarks or manage the various steps of the registration process. In her practice, Sarah also advises her clients on advertising law, the Charter of the French language, and she conducts due diligence reviews of business transactions.

She is also involved in the College of Patent Agents and Trademark Agents (CPATA), where she has been helping for several years to develop and draft Knowledge Examinations for trademark agents.
