Sara Rodríguez is a principal associate in the San Sebastián office's Litigation and Arbitration department, where she has pursued her entire professional career.

Within the litigation area, she specializes in civil and corporate/commercial proceedings before the ordinary courts and arbitral tribunals, encompassing corporate matters (companies, competition, industrial property) civil matters (obligations and contracts, noncontractual liability) and insolvency-related matters.

She also handles criminal proceedings, particularly those involving white-collar crime, intellectual property and occupational accidents.

In addition, she provides recurring advice on matters of general private law and has extensive experience in pre-litigation negotiations.

She is a speaker at seminars and conferences organized by the Business Association of Gipuzkoa (ADEGI).
