Sara Makovec is a senior associate who advises domestic and foreign clients, particularly in the areas of commercial, corporate and intellectual property law. Her work includes consultancy services within the framework of M&A procedures. After completing her studies in Slovenia, she obtained an LL.M. degree, where she specialized in the fields of corporate law, finance and corporate management.
