• Represented a provincial council member in a lawsuit involving the violation of the Public Official Election Act and successfully defended the validity of the election result
• Represented a member of the National Assembly in a case involving the violation of a provision on restrictions under the Public Official Election Act and obtained non-prosecution disposition
• Represented a city mayor in a case involving the violation of a provision on publication of false information under the Public Official Election Act and obtained non-prosecution disposition
• Represented a head of a cooperative in a lawsuit involving the violation of the election campaign period under the Act on Elections Entrusted by Public Organization and successfully defended the validity of the election result
• Represented a head of a cooperative in a lawsuit involving the violation of a provision on the prohibition of election campaigns by using status under the Act on Elections Entrusted by Public Organization and successfully defended the validity of the election result
