  • Handled a case on breach of trust related to Indonesian submarine exports by Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering
  • Handled a fraud case involving alleged stock-buying by a former mayor of Ansan (not guilty)
  • Handled the appeal of a bribery case involving a former Paju mayor
  • Handled the appeal of a judicial scrivener under court custody in the first instance trial (not guilty)
  • Handled a case of breach of trust related to the closing of Wolsong Nuclear Power Plant involving the CEO and registered directors of Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. (not guilty)
  • Handled a case on the acquisition of Seoul Auction stolen goods (not guilty)
  • Handled an appeal for a 20 billion won fraud case and brought about an order for reinvestigation and prosecution
  • Handled a business embezzlement case involving the CEO of a company that invested in the so-called “Cho Kuk family fund” (arrest warrant dismissed)
  • Handled various advisory and M&A for: Korea Ocean Business Corporation, Korea Furniture, Seoul Auction, Incheon Fuel Cell, Pharma, etc.
  • Brought about an acquittal in the first instance criminal trial of a CEO that was charged for aiding and abetting the meat duplicate mortgage loans
