Profile
Sam Villiers is a senior associate in the EU & Competition practice.
His practice focuses on abuse of dominance cases, cartel investigations, cooperation/vertical agreements, state aid and merger control. He also regularly counsels clients in litigation proceedings before the EU Court of Justice. In addition, Sam advises on trade defence matters and EU single market issues.
He has taught EU law classes at King's College London and at the Garrigues Centro de Estudios/La Liga Business School.
Sam is a member of the New York State Bar and is registered with the Brussels Bar (B list).
