Saika Maeda is a Vice President at Takenaka Partners, leading M&A execution and business development. She previously drove deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management at private and public equity firms. She started her career at J.P. Morgan's Investment Banking Division in Tokyo, advising Japanese clients on M&A and financing transactions. Saika holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and Political Science from Kyoto University and studied finance at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania as an exchange student.
