Mr. Katz is an associate in the Litigation Department and focuses his practice on advising families of decedents on inheritance and probate matters in Israel.



Mr. Katz advises clients on a wide range of matters in this area, including the administration of Israeli estates and guardianships, the structuring and the establishment of Israeli trusts, pre and post-nuptial agreements, the registration and transfer of real estate and other assets (with particular attention to transfers among heirs), and agreements and disputes among heirs.



Mr. Katz regularly appears in Israeli courts and tribunals which deal with these matters, including the Family Court, the Inheritance Registrar, and the District and Magistrates Courts.
