Sabrina Guibord has been a paralegal since 2024 and is a member of the firm's Corporate Services team. She is currently developing expertise in commercial law and securities law.

• Diploma of College Studies in Paralegal Technology

She assists lawyers in preparing documents required for various transactions, including incorporation, organization, registration, merger, wind-down and more. Additionally, she ensures compliance with regulatory requirements by preparing and submitting updates and reports as required by the relevant authorities.

Sabrina plays a key role in facilitating compliance with corporate transparency regulations by preparing various reports required by the Registraire des entreprises du Québec and Corporations Canada.

She also files documents with securities regulators via the SEDAR, SEDI, TMX LINX, BDNI and AMF platforms.
