Rufino Arce Foncueva is a senior associate in the Litigation, Commercial/Corporate, Criminal and Civil Law practices.
He has extensive experience in providing legal assistance and acting in civil, commercial and criminal litigation before the national courts at all instances.
He has also acted as legal advisor in various insolvency proceedings.
Rufino Arce Foncueva is a member of the Oviedo Bar Association.
He was a lecturer on the Expert Course in Commercial Distribution Management, organized by Universidad de Oviedo (academic years 2010/2012 and 2011/2012).
