Ms. Martin is an associate in FBC's Competition & Antitrust Department, where she provides legal counsel to public and private Israeli and international companies with respect to diverse competition and antitrust matters relating to complex merger transactions, restrictive arrangements and cases involving monopolies and abusive business practices.



Ms. Martin also represents companies in complex civil lawsuits and arbitration, including class actions and in proceedings before the Antitrust Tribunal and the Israel Antitrust Authority.



During her studies Ms. Martin served as a member of the editorial board, and later as editor, of the Tel Aviv University Law Review. In addition, Ms. Martin served as a research assistant at the Tel Aviv University Faculty of Law.
